White Avoidance.

I tend to avoid white cardstock as a base. Not sure why... it's just so WHITE! LOL. I love layers & embellishments, 3D effects & sparkle :) HOWEVER... sometimes it's nice to stamp something so simple, it's beautiful. This is a QUICK card, seriously... a couple of punches, ONE ink, and some stamps. :) With the fresh snow this morning, I thought I'd step outside my own box and try to use WHITE as a base.... what do you think?

Stamps: Wishing you the Best & The Art of Life
Paper: Whisper Shite & Chocolate Chip
Ink: Old Olive
Accessories: ribbon(stash), scallop punch, circle punch.
Weekend is almost here! Guess I better start thinking about the giveaway for tomorrow :) hmmmmm...... ;-)

i love this card! I never use just white cardstock either. I am going to start now though. How did you do that scalloped edge with the circle punch in the middle? Is that another punch?
