Over the course of the weekend I think Turkey feasts are eaten Sunday or Monday (or both!!). We have ours on Sunday. This year because David has to work tomorrow, but we typically do eat our turkey on Sunday so we can relax and have leftovers on Monday. I will be looking for leftover turkey recipes for the next while! :) A tip is after dinner... pull out a 9x13 pan and layer your leftovers and make your "shepherd's pie" right there. Cover, put in your fridge & you are good to go for dinner tomorrow! No extra work while you're cleaning up & putting food away.
